About Me

Having being licensed since 1983, I've had the privilege of having a long career in real estate. I started out in New Mexico, then shortly afterwards, relocate to Colorado where I also obtained my license. 

Those first several years in real estate were challenging.  With interest rates in the mid to high teens, values plummeting and sellers walking away from their homes because they knew of no other option.  This set the stage for what would be my passion and focus in real estate, because I was among those sellers. But I wasn't willing to give up.  It was a "think outside of the box" urgency for me and thousands of others across the nation.  I was able to sell my home instead of walking away from it because of this attitude. And  I had to pass this on to both sellers and buyers.  

This thinking has helped me through all markets and decades of real estate sales. Fast, slow and stalled markets each have their own  challenges, and I can bring sellers and buyers together in all markets.
